Hello Nick and Gill
had an absolutely fabulous time in your villa.
We thank you very much for allowing us to be in your home, it is beautiful. We
had everything we could possibly need, in beautiful setting. We all loved
having the pool and hot tub to use, especially after a long hard day in the
parks.
Just to let you know that the key for the kitchen cupboard was actually in the
kitchen cupboard door when we got here. Put it back where you told me to find
it.
We would happily recommend your villa to anyone.
It was lovely to have the freedom of being in a home, rather than a hotel.

Just wanted to send a note to let you know we greatly enjoyed the home. Disney, Sea world, etc. were fun, but I enjoyed relaxing at the house with the pool and hot tub more than anything else. If we hear of anyone going to Orlando , we will recommend your place. Also wanted to let you know that the shower curtain in the bathroom by the Disney Room broke while we were there. I went to the store and bought a tension rod and put it up. I also replace a couple of landscape light bulbs that had burned out. By mistake we brought an alarm clock from the first master bedroom home with us because we thought it was ours. I will mail it back to the Primrose address unless I hear different from you. just a quick note, the villa is absolutely fantastic, we have previously stayed in 4 villas on holiday's in the past
and it is by far the best villa we have stayed in, it is obvious from the moment that you walk through the door that the villa has everything you could ask for and more ! with a high level of comfort. only one small thing, one of the pool loungers was broken (wont allow you to sit upright) I have let the people from Alexander know all in all we are very pleased that we booked your villa. Just a short note to let you know we had the best holiday ever and that we didn't want to leave your villa to come home.

Good morning Nik Just home! We had a lovely time thankyou. The villa is absolutely lovely,
and was like a home from home for us. My niece loved the Disney Room, and spent a couple of evenings doing the jigsaw puzzles provided. We loved it so much, that my parents, bought a villa in the Lindfields estate, while we were there - near the entrance of the estate - Sunset Villas! We will therefore become regular visitors I believe! We left the key in the villa on the dining room table. Kind regards Carmel

G'day Nick and Gill from the coolish climes of Canada! I was one of the party, belonging to Chris/Kelly Howard (the mom of Chris) who spent an amazing week at your villa. The weather was continuously glorious the whole week (quite an unusual occurrence while Kelly is on vacation - usually rains every single day that she is away from home!). Your house is very inviting to all those who visit the sunshine state of Florida...with the Olympic games in full flight - with television sets in all the rooms - we were able to choose our main viewing (thank you!)...did have to go on to the computer every few hours to see how the Canadian teams were doing, and I wish to thank you for that feature as well. Extremely beneficial in tracking down how other countries were 'faring' other than the US teams! So, thank you - muchly appreciated. Christopher and I did take a lot of 'heat' about the men's Canadian ice hockey team being ousted by the Russians...Read several of the comments in the sign-in booklet and Kelly added her thanks only to the growing list of people who stay in your villa. We had not computer problems, no housekeeping problems, nor pool/spa problems. Do appreciate the extra 'items' kept in the larder and we added our few as well.
The temperatures were unbelievably grand - between 26C-30C every day - and the sun shone with no humidity. As we were leaving at 5:30 on the Thurs morning - the temp had already reached 18C. Again, I just want to thank you for allowing visitors to book into your 'space'. With 2 children (19 months/3 years) it is the perfect setting.

We stayed in the
villa from 17th April to 1st May 2006. I can honestly say without doubt,
it is the best holiday we have ever had. The villa is absolutely
stunning, we have never stayed anywhere that has the same amenities and
facilities. We took our 4 daughters with us with ages ranging from 5 to
18, there was always something for them all to do.

Tristan Trumble Family
We just returned
to Nebraska on Monday after spending a week at your
villa. Our son and daughter-in-law booked it from the 22nd through
the
29th May 2006.They spent alot of time at Disney with our grandchildren
while my
husband and I drove to the Gulf and spent a few days there. I just
wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your home! It was clean
and
so comfortable! We were very impressed with the layout as Grandma
and
Grandpa (we had the "garage" room suite) could have some quiet away from
the adorable, but sometimes noisy, 5 and 2 year old. The kids
loved the
Disney room. We were very pleasantly surprised at how well stocked
the
house was as far as sheets, towels, kitchen linens, dishes, etc.
We
left some non-perishable foods in the larder, along with dish soap, hand
soap, fabric softener, paper towels, kleenex and toilet paper for your
next guests to use. I left a pool toy as well, although there were
plenty there. I am just delighted that my son found your site on
the
Web. The children and adults both loved the pool and the Jacuzzi
was
delightful.We certainly hope to return someday.
(Actually, I
would just like to move
right in!!) Thanks again for a fabulous place to stay!

Dear Nick and Gill Many apologies for not mailing sooner - we have only just got the kids off Florida time and back to normality so things have been a bit hectic. I will be posting the keys back to you in the morning. Our holiday was fantastic and the villa was just great. We all agreed it was like borrowing a home rather than renting a villa. Between us all we have travelled a fair bit using all formats - self catering, hotels and villas and from a parental point of view yours was by far the best. We made full use of the car seat and booster which saved us a couple of hundred dollars and the cot was ideal. We could sleep at night not worrying if our about to be two year old would be wandering the villa. They were entertained by the books and toys and the jigsaws were loved by the 4 year old and ideal to calm him down after a day at the parks and an evening in the pool. Speaking of which some days the kids preferred to stay at the pool and their confidence in the water grew by day. The cupboard is also a great idea. Our bags went missing on the flight and we had nothing for the first day and what a relief to open up the cupboard and find we did not need to rush out and buy toiletries and sunscreen for the kids which would have been expensive and frustrating considering we knew they were in the cases. There is not a single thing we can say to fault it and nothing done to improve it - and if there was something we wanted/needed that wasn't there it was simple - we just bought it! After all you wouldn't even get a fraction of that stuff at a hotel or a managed villa rental. Also added bonus of your super quick response to any queries overnight by email was reassuring. So thank you for allowing us to share your home for a time and we definately want to come back in a couple of years so will keep your email safe till then. Hi Nick we arrived home safe and sound on Friday morning. We had delays but that was expeceted with all of the extra security checks. We had a great visit to the US and was very lucky with the weather. We saw no rain in Atlanta but it was a little too hot reaching the 100's most days. Great city though. We carried on to Alabama and then onto the Pan Handle of Florida. We have only every been to Orlando and the Florida Keys so it was nice to see a different side to America. We travelled along the pan handle to Tallahasse and then onto your home in Orlando. WOW I want a hot tub now. We had a great time in very clean, comfortable and spacious surrondings. It was a real bonus to have things like kettles, I think you have all put alot of thought into your home. We have always used VRBO on our trips to the US and and never been disappointed but yours is one of the higher standards. We saw our first rain in Orlando but that was only 10 minutes at Universal and one afternoon when we were shopping. We travelled on down to Cape Coral and hired a villa off VRBO but it came with a boat, excellent fun! We had 2 afternoons of rain so were extremely lucky with the weather as the poor people before us had had 10 days of rain. Many thanks for opening up your home to us we had a ball!

Nick, We finally got to the villa yesterday afternoon 29th sept 2007. Everything is great! I have vacationed all over the US. This is one of the best rental properties ever. The kids love the pool. Wife loves the hot tub. And I love the extra space and TV's. Thanks for everything, Jeff |
